Rooibos Reserve

Although, the scent doesn't linger for too long, I would say it stays on my skin for a good 2-3 hours, it is well worth the purchase and I enjoy reapplying. It definitely smells of freshly brewed rooibos tea and I get notes of ginger, and the cinnamon is not overwhelming. I enjoy pairing/layering this with my Origin's ginger body butter. To me, they are the perfect pairing. If you have B&BW's Black Tea collection, pair this and Lavender Stem with it 😉.

This utterly unique fragrance is a perfect spring-summer-fall scent. The first notes are quite green and lightly sweet, an herbaceous floral. I know it's meant to be rooibos, but honestly I get more of a "green tea" profile" with the first misting, not unlike Arden's 'Green Tea' of the 90's. Citrus notes are very quiet, but necessary to bind the complex fragrance. The mid notes quiet down to a subtly spiced, warm & summery musk. It's unlike any other scent I own; it's clean, it's not heavy, it's more friendly than sexy, and it's complex and curious enough that I can't stop sniffing myself. My final note of praise: my partner (who does not like perfume) said, "mmm, that's a good new smell!" after walking into the bedroom after I'd misted myself.
