    ⭐️ Very disappointing first experience with Oakcha. I ordered 3 perfumes, but I did not want them, so I never opened the package or used the products. I immediately returned the unopened box. Oakcha is now claiming that because the package shows “delivered” and I don’t have a return label, I’m not entitled to a refund. Delivered does NOT mean I kept or opened the package. Oakcha shipped it, and I returned it unopened. As a first-time customer, I expected better customer service and a fair refund process.
